What Does "Woodenman Certified" Mean?
About Jongsanan "The Woodenman" and Woodenman Muay Thai
In December 2012, PHAS3 Martial Arts became the first Muay Thai school to be officially certified by the legendary muay thai fighter and coach, Jongsanan "Woodenman."
Being a "Woodenman Certified" school means that PHAS3 Muay Thai training meets the highest level of muay thai standards as established by one of the most accomplished fighters and coaches in the sport.

As a fighter, Jongsanan had a record of 98-28-0 (with 23 KO's).
He was:

Coach
Since retiring as a fighter, has become a legendary coach.
Jongsanan currently coaches at El Nino MMA in San Francisco where he has trained some of the world's most elite fighters, such as Gilbert Melendez and Jake Shields.
In 2014 he appeared on Fox Sports 2014 Season 20 of The Ultimate Fighter.
